All fees for coaching services are listed on our website. Payment is required prior to the commencement of services. We accept payments via Stripe or Wire transfer. Recurring payments for subscription services will be automatically processed.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend your access until payment is resolved.

All materials, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, and digital content provided during coaching, are the intellectual property of CLE Institute™. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without prior written consent.

Use of materials is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Our coaching services are intended to provide guidance and support but do not replace professional advice such as medical, financial, or legal counsel. CLE Institute™ is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the application of coaching advice.

You agree to use your own judgment and discretion when implementing any strategies shared. Results may vary based on effort, skill, and individual circumstances.

We do not guarantee income, career advancement, or any specific outcome.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of New Berlin, IL.

You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in New Berlin, Illinois, waiving your right to a court trial.

All purchases made for coaching services are non-refundable. Due to the nature of the personalized services provided, once a session or package is booked, refunds are not offered under any circumstances. Please carefully consider your commitment before purchasing.

By enrolling, you gain immediate access to proprietary content and intellectual property, which cannot be returned. As such, all sales are final.

CLE Institute™ shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor strikes, or internet service disruptions.

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
